If you are not already a member of Percy Park, and wish to join the club you can do so by completing the attached membership application form and send it by post to Percy Park RFC, Preston Avenue, North Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE30 2BE, together with your cheque.
If you become a Vice Patron or Family Member, this allows you full voting rights at the Annual General Meeting held in July each year, and also entitles you to apply for England International tickets.
