Percy Park Academy (Colts) Training Programme Season 2011/12

Welcome back ....pre season is now upon us and your programme is as follows. All players are encouraged to make as many sessions as they are able:

Weight training will remain in place every week on a Monday and a Wednesday evening at Percy Park starting from 5:45pm

Monday 04/07/11.....with James (First team coach) for a Heart and Lungs session. Meet at Percy Park for 7pm.

Wednesday 06/07/11..with James at Monkseaton High School (same place as last year). Meet at 7pm

Monday 11/07/11... with James at Monkseaton High School. Meet at 7pm

Wednesday 13/07/11...first session as an Academy Squad of players. With Malcolm and Nick  at Monkseaton High School. Meet at 7pm

Thereafter every Monday will be with James and every Wednesday with the Academy

Fixtures are now available. Prior to Xmas all U18 members are expected to play within the senior sides on the days indicated. After Xmas all those players from the U17 group who have reached 17 years are expected to play within the senior sides on the days indicated.

On Saturday before the Morpeth Game, the Academy were proud to play host to the companies that have sponsored our team kit. These included

A photo shoot of the team and sponsors took place followed by drinks and food in the clubhouse before the game.

Welcome to the new Academy section of the web site. This section will include, Team selection, match reports and information regarding Percy Park RFCs new Academy Team.

Registration/Signing on night

All players are formally invited to attend Percy Park RFC Academy colt's registration night at the clubhouse on Wednesday 26th August 2009 from 7.00pm

A short presentation will be given to outline our planned season.

Team playing/ training/ leisure apparel for next season will be on display

A small buffet will be provided.

Early registration allows us to move on quickly into the season at full strength. No unregistered players will be allowed to play in any games. Training kit and leisure apparel will only be issued to paid-up members so please come along, check out the new kit, talk to the coaches, and bring your cheques!

Training nights

Training is on every Monday and Wednesday nights between 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Foxhunters Playing fields unless directed to Percy Park RFC by your lead coach

Training is also provided at 2.00pm on Saturday afternoons at Percy Park RFC.

Gentlemen you are expected to attend some of the sessions every week as the 2009/10 season is nearly upon us !!.
